Fiori
The Fiori is a medium-sweet table wine produced from a unique blend of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The bouquet is reminiscent of fragrant rose petals with lifted aromas of green apple and citrus. The palate is light and fruity with apple and pineapple flavours with the hint of sweetness balanced by some citrus acidity leading to a lovely crisp, clean finish. Ideal drinking now with all spicy Asian cuisine and fresh tropical fruit.
