Pedler Creek Cabernet
An intense bouquet of blackberry and cassis with overtones of chocolate and spice. The palate is richly layered with dark berry and spice complemented by hints of varietal herbaciousness. This well balanced wine has firm oak tannins leading to a long finish. Great drinking now with pepper steak or enjoy later with cellaring 5 to 8 years
