Produced from signature McLaren Vale fruit this medium-bodied red has an intense bouquet of ripe plums, chocolate and sue toasted oak. The palate is soft and luscious with hints of cassis and peppery spice balanced by fine oak tannins leading to a long, generous finish. Enjoy with fresh pasta dishes such as fettuccini with a Ragu style Napolitana sauce and fresh chilli. Drink now or cellar for 5 to 8 years.
